Smart Maintenance Systems
Haymech’s Monitoring Systems specialises in giving clients in-depth data and live information on their equipment in the field.
Streamlining and improving the efficacy of both monitoring and maintenance programs for our clients through:
Haymech’s monitoring systems specialises in giving clients in-depth and real time information on the status of their equipment in the field or on the road.
The live health system takes the information produced by existing sensors on the machine and puts that real time data platform in the palm of your hand anywhere in the world. Allowing our clients to get ahead or the reactive maintenance trends
Our trailer monitoring solution consists of the installation of hardware, including all required sensors, including position and mileage reporting, with complete integration of required software.
Haymech is an Australian startup with the mission of streamlining and improving the efficacy of maintenance programs for our clients.
Our systems are designed differently. We draw on our teams’ years of mechanical experience working on workshop floors in Aviation, Drilling, Civil and mining sectors. With the goal of strengthening weaknesses, we have personally experienced and seen in the industry.
Allowing our clients to minimise downtime on equipment and maximise the efficacies of maintenance support staff for scheduled servicing and break down recovery.
We have developed multiple product offerings allowing our clients the ability to customise the best fit solution for the business.
Prestart is one of the most important periods of the preventative maintenance program by allowing the reporting of small faults before they develop into significant expensive issues or resolving issues before the machine heads to site resulting in a breakdown.
Haymech’s online prestart platform is a tick-and-flick style as seen with paper systems but with a few additions allowing improved reporting and efficacies.
The live health system takes the information produced by existing sensors on the machine and collates that live data into a platform in the palm of your hand anywhere in the world.
This system comes with a multitude of benefits for a large selection of industries including mining, drilling, road trains and more.
Oil and fuel are the life blood of a machine and is one of the best ways to assess the health of an asset. The Haymech team have developed a hardware and software system that monitors the health of oils as they are running through an operating machine. This is done by measuring live the amount of ferrous and nonferrous materials within oils as well as monitoring the temperature.
The hardware sends this data to the platform every minute allowing us to snapshot and map the health of the oil over time. Improving oil efficacy and minimising wastage of costly oils which would otherwise be changed on suspicion or bad sample.
This also allows us to help pinpoint component failures and minimise damage to other components from contaminated or ineffective oils. Therefore, it minimises the work and time wastage of service and mechanical personnel.
Know exactly where your oils and fuels are going. With Haymech’s smart servicing system, connected to smart machines, the system automatically monitors what oils and fuels are going into compartments, giving maintenance teams alerts if oil is going into the wrong system. It also notes on a service log what amounts have been inputted and by whom and when.
The system also has a booking system allowing planners the ability to book servicing tasks and work orders.
Moving away from paper-based service reports, Haymech’s online maintenance checklist improves the efficacy of tasks being conducted as well as guidance as to how to correctly conduct preventative maintenance tasks.
Results are uploaded live as the task are being conducted, as well as an integrated signoff system tracking who has completed work, when and where for historical reference.
This allows for improved fault-finding reporting with image integration to assist in future trouble shooting and task understanding.
Haymech’s Trailer Monitoring System specialises in giving clients in-depth data and live information on their equipment in the field. Our system has been designed to assist in preventing catastrophic failure and improving efficacy.
The system is suitable for all trailer applications including road, rail, agricultural and earth moving. Our trailer monitoring solution consists of hardware including all required sensors and software integration. Our systems are designed to withstand the harshest of climates and conditions as proven in extensive testing from clients servicing mining clients in Western Australia.
The Haymech maintenance platform combines all the above systems and inputs them into an overarching maintenance platform, designed to allow maintenance managers and planners detailed live information of the operations across the worksite and workshop.
The platform has been designed to work alongside existing accounting platforms such as: pronto AMT and SAP. Data can be represented according to management teams’ requirements.
Our system has been designed to enable customisation and integration, either with other of Haymech’s systems or other third-party working systems such as SAP, AMT or Millieable are available upon request.
